ALAM ALIRAN KUALITI (M) SDN BHD was founded in 2004 and in the same year, the company submitted a Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for the establishment of an off-side recycling plant that recycles contaminated containers used for storage of chemical and oils and oil as well as recycling
contaminated rags which are categorized as scheduled waste under Environmental Quality Act (Scheduled Waste) Regulations 2005.
In the year 2006, AAK formed PLANT-1 which is located at Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 7, acquired two recycling codes which are; SW409 and SW410.
In 2011, AAK again submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for a second off-side recovery plant which was formed as PLANT-2 and located at Lengkok Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 2, and was awarded the following codes; SW104, SW322, SW323, SW325, SW416, SW417 and SW 418.
